Price of things in the beginning of the league

Hi, I'm wondering if there's anyway of checking prices of certain items in the beginning of the league? Or it all comes down to personal experience?
I have a few starter build ideas but not sure how viable it will be since the required unique items I have in mind might be too expensive in the beginning. I'm not aware of anywhere that tracks long term price trends. Which items were you trying to find out pricing of? If I don't know what their beginning-of-league prices tend to be, I'm sure someone else will.

The item I'm wondering about is Tidebreaker Imperial Maul
I'm guessing it might be pretty expensive since it's pretty late into the league already and it still costs at least 5 chaos orbs |

a general rule: if the item only drops from end game bosses, like shaper, atziri or guardians, at the start of the league will be very expensive, if it's pretty decent for clear speed, like Touch of Anguish, it will be expensive, if you are looking for an item with a decent dps, like a 1h with 300-400 pdps, it will be expensive becouse it's the only alternative at the start of the league, and good rares aren't out yet.
also, streamer influences the market a lot, execially mathil, if he suggests a starter build that uses 1 unique, that unique will be expensive. |
