[Suggestion] Move "List of Item Filters" to the top of the UI options page.

It's really the only thing I go to the menus for, and it's buried way down the bottom of the UI options page.

I hate the scrolling for changing that option, too.

Yes, please. I update my filter constantly due to recipes, league progression, general changes, etc., and having to scroll to the bottom every single time is annoying. It's not the biggest inconvenience in the world or anything, but it really is the only thing I use on that tab. There's no good reason for it not being at the top.

Seconded... It is probably the most used option on the UI page, so should be at the top.
