Burn + Ignite

Is it possible to apply a burn from an ignite to a target that is already burning from a non-hit source such as RF/Scorching? Will both apply as one is an ignite and one is just a burn, or will only the highest value apply like normal (excluding emberwake)

You can have multiple different Burning effects on a mob at once. Burning from Righteous Fire is different from the burn applied by Scorching Ray, and so they will stack together. However, if a stronger effect is applied, then the previous Burning effect will be overwritten. So only the strongest stacks of Burning per type will be applied at once.

So yes, you can use RF, SR, etc. in conjunction with ignite and eachother.
