Disconnectioin issiue after patch 3.1.2

Hello, as title suggests I have this disconnection issue . I've followed this guide: https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/1377789 and here are my results from winmtr:

I am using ethernete connection.
I have not tried an other connection/pc and i cannot.

I get disconnected constantly. There was no issue before 3.1.2. Whenever i enter a quest zone i get dc after 2-3 min at best.

Welcome to the club... I'm wondering when I will see "CONSTANT DISCONNECT ISSUES AND TERRIBLE LAG SPIKES HAVE BEEN FIXED" as MoTD instead of new shiny microtransactions...

having same problem, i have to keep loggin inabout 4 - 5 times before i get into the game then when i load another area i get disconnected again. Had no problem before the update and now its notthing but disconnects.

same disconnectionsafter 3.1.2 too. unpleayeable

got DC s and lag spikes alot after 3.1.2

Also a lot of disconnections here... unplayable.

like others have said it's nice to keep adding stuff, but how about fixing the core issues that always come with all these patches. if you want people to support the game they have to be able to play it without constantly being kicked out. enough with the silly fixes do the fixes to make the game playable.

Your problem is here:

I'm assuming that TurkTelekom is your ISP, but if not, it is who your ISP buys connectivity from. That is where packet loss starts, and that is (99 percent certainty) what is causing your disconnects.

Call your ISP helpdesk, share that WinMTR trace with them, and ask them to get it fixed.

Dear people, step one to solving this is to eliminate network causes. So, please generate a WinMTR (or PingPlotter) trace while the problem happens, and post it in your own thread. Unless you literally live with the original poster, whatever is causing the problem is highly likely to be different.
