I can 100% assure you that there is unrealistic standards for men.

Mostly, muscle mass and penis size.

Sure, in these 2 particular examples, unrealistic standards have been set by other men and mostly men care about them :P.

On topic - Cellulite

There is a mountain of a difference between someone being fat and someone being bald.
You can't quite control balding (or lack of bodily hair). You can, however, control how much you eat. You also forgot that women do not know what they want, even if they claim they do. :P

Gotta admit I gave up trying to find hot women. If I happen to meet one I like (both aspects included), I'll just try. If I don't, well, tough shit. I've been already through some relationships in which I was trying hard. It didn't work in the end anyways, but I sure was tired and devastated. Was it worth it? Nope.

Just don't try too hard and don't be too hard on yourself. In the end you may end up tired and alone, meanwhile other will chill out and find someone anyways. Its RNG to some degree and you can't quite do much about it. Be yourself, don't die to stroke is what I'm saying, basically. :P
