Rolling a bow

Hi Guys,

I found this 5 Linked bow, itemlevel is 69. Just wondering what optimum stats I would be going for if I tried to roll this using alteration orbs then Regal it.

So far I've been trying for base physical damage +% and attack speed, but I'm now thinking that for Lightning Arrow this may not be the best idea.
