Warhammer 40k Inquisitor: where shotgunning is not only not nerfed, it is deeply encouraged. Dogma > Souls, but they're masterworks all. You can't go wrong. I have no allt's, so my post count is accurate. Never seen the need for that stupidity.
And obviously Charan has the most by far, not only that, but they are easily the highest quantity vs quality ratio. Peace, -Boem- Freedom is not worth having if it does not include the freedom to make mistakes
