"The Memory Eater" quest can't be completed?

I cannot progress in game due to bugs.
The memory eater: I handed over all 15 memory fragments, the quest is stuck at "Talk to Zana" Sanity's requiem> It's stuck at "Enter the Shaper's realm" I've killed the Shaper (tier 17: Shaper's realm completed on atlas) but I did not get the key to unlock the door in Templar laboratory. Please help! I have well over 10 days gametime in this season, on track to 40/40 challenges and this happens :( | |

"Get elder influence anywhere on your map and move it to the middle (a t15 that is connected to a a guardian), when you have elder influence on a T15 you will see that all guardians are now under shaper influence"
That's fucked up, I cannot even progress in game due to this bug, no shaper influence on T16 Guardians no matter what I do :/ | |

Add one guy to the list for this bug.
Just managed to get my last memory fragment, i went to talk to Zana in the laboratory to get my Elder orb but the memory Eater quest still ask me to talk to Zana and she has nothing to say : no way to finish this quest. i have not killed Uber Elder tho. People says it change nothing so... RiP. IGN: eZenyx

Same here. Did you TOOK ALL Shaper's Orb and Elder's Orb from her? Quest usually need you to take your reward to get completed.
