Disconnected on Pit of the Chimera map right as I was getting the killing blow.

I was running a Corrupted UnId'd Pit of the Chimera and right as my slayer culling strike was about to kill the boss my game crashed to the main menu, I didn't receive credit for the kill on the atlas and i get this error while trying to reenter the map . I saw the notification for bonus objective pop up on the right as I crashed. I tried restarting the game and still cannot enter the map.

I am also facing the same problem when I was doing maps listed on Atlas, just b4 I landed the killing blow to the boss, the server kicked me out and stated "There's an exception error". After that, whn I login all the portals are missing. Please solve this bug, thank you ggg, I have wasted a lot of red maps due to this error.
