Be Twice Blessed, Izaro drop an additional unique not working

I have been doing uberlab quite often the last few days in abyss league, got be twice blessed 3 times in a full party but all 3 times i ended up with only 1 enchant.....despite i was the one clicking the dark shrine.

As for drop an additional unique item was not working at all..... got this shrine multiple times, never saw an unique drop after killing Izaro.

Having the same problem with the enchants.

The twice blessed bug was reported last league too. I think we figured out the first person to enter Izaro's chamber was the one that got the extra enchant.
