Cannot progress "The Storm Blade" quest

I decided to finally go finish doing the remaining quests, and decided to do the quest "The Storm Blade" shortly after servers came back up for maintenance. I killed the monster, got the quest item, went back to town, turned it in...and nothing.

I didn't get a reward, and my quest log says to talk to them for my reward, but there's no dialog option to get the reward - just the "The Storm Blade" dialog option where they explain the quest. As such, I'm stuck with the quest in an incompletable state.

This means I can't get the new follow-up "Queen of the Sands" either, leaving me unable to get all the passive points from quests.

Same here .On the first char i did it just fine it must be some update they released
