Cannot progress the hidden architect quest to get elder on Atlas.

I have 59% map bonus, I have run shaper influenced maps (with bonus) at all levels from 1 to 5 and have not gotten this to progress at all. I have run a map in the templar lab map device etc.

There is no dialogue available from Zana.

Is this normal? Everyone I am talking to has had this progress almost as soon as they start maps.

How many influenced maps did you run since the quest is active ?
Do you actually kill the boss on those maps ?
Did you already see a special event during boss fights ?

Well it turns out it was not bugged, just gated behind some terrible RNG. I kept plugging at any map with shaper influence (and yes I was killing the bosses the whole time). It finally triggered after I had run another 10-15ish maps.
