After the crashing to every shaper-touched mapbosses, my maps now crash randomly

Yesterday i had to call it a night after crashing my map 5 times every time i'd encounter the shaper on the bossfight. Today i thought it's working again after completing 2 maps without problems, but now i randomly crash my map every 2-3 maps. i made a short video of it happening:
