Teleporting to the wrong place

After I killed an Elder Guardian and got the portal to leave his room I've got teleported to an Abyssal Depths in the map that is so far away from the boss room.




There is another thing I want to add to this post. When shaper freezes the screen on bosses, we can to use our flasks if we have enough charges but we lose them. Shouldn't the flasks time be frozen too?
