Storm Barrier stays active

Bug: Its possible to keep the "Storm Barrier" buff without activating it by its support jewel.
Hypothesis: I think the bug happens when you are channeling the skill, then you get interrupted and at the same time you stop casting the skill supported. Additional Information: Normally i play the game at 60~90 ms on a "good day" (BR server), maybe this latency contributes to the bug. Last bumped on Dec 19, 2017, 8:13:41 PM

It also happens when you take off the active gem, you get a permanent storm barrier.
