Bloodborn bug with the Blood Offering

I don't know if it intended but if you cast Blood Offering and then you cast another one both

both will stay but if you cast example Flesh Offering and then Blood Offering, only the Blood will stay then the flesh will be deleted.

Ran into the same bug.
Which I presume is having two offerings active at the same time.
If you cast Blood Offering + any Offering, both will be active.
If you cast any Offering + Blood Offering, only Blood Offering will be active.
