Is there a way to link all item a character use on the forum?

Well i saw a few guide where they show how to link piece of gear on the forum but is there a way to link "all" equiped gear from a character at once?

Just click everything you want to link (once) and it'll all go in the post.

Yes.
Click on the portrait of your character (top left of this site) - switch to the character whose gear you want to link - left click on every piece of gear you want to link - click the small x button on the top right of the character window to get back to your post. It should now contain links to the items. Looks like this: linkItem location="Blah" character="YourChar" x="0" y="0" in square brackets.
