Where is sewer map?

I need Soul of Arakaali buff but i need to get Arachnoxia and wiki says he's in sewer map but it seems to be removed so where is that boss then? no one in chat knows and offical wiki hasnt been updated

According to this ressource (which is known to be valid in very most cases) Sewer map is renamed to Toxic Sewer and pushed to tier 5.
