Killing Shakari

Shakari, Queen of the Sands, is stuck outside the map and doesnt take damage and wont move.

There is a narrow trail you have to follow after the first phase. Keep looking, most of us got it in our first try; if there's really nothing report the bug.

Welp, if we're going to go with PEBCAK here, I should add: The winds blocking the second arena, it seems, won't open unless you lure Shakari there. In order to lure Shakari there, you have to find her ladystinger thing sticking up from under the sands (you won't be able to target her, but this is fine) and get her to follow you, sand-surge by sand-surge, through the narrow trail. The ladystinger starts at the part of the narrow trail near the exit from the first arena.
