Darkshrine in UberLab Buggy?

I farmt Today a few Uber Lab´s I got 2 Times Izaro will drop a additional Unique Item on Death.
I got this 2 Times the Buff that there are all Traps disabled But it never dropd a Unique on Izaro Kill. ANy other here with the same problem? Last bumped on Dec 11, 2017, 3:44:15 PM

Any chance you're using a loot filter that hides "worthless" uniques?

I just had the same issue, he did not drop a Unique.
I triple checked the room and even pressed "Alt" in order to show all items. |
