Quick noob question for a Jugg build!

Thanks for the help. I was just wondering when I should prioritize the Scion life wheel while leveling.

Should I take it early on? The build I'm using calls for a lot of Duelist nodes to make its damage. I'm at around 40 at the time of this post, not really sure if I should get the Scion life wheel after the main story while mapping or go ahead and get it now while I'm close to it?

I know those levels will take a lot longer to get later, just not really sure when to get 'em.
