There's some significant flaws with that.

One of the biggest is taking those middle attribute nodes near the bottom rather than the bottom-most ones. Not only will you end up spending the same points, but you'll get access to the 2 handed damage nodes which are much stronger than that axe one. You'll also get 10 more int which will be useful.

Fury bolts is a good investment since most damage will come from the projectiles. For that same reason, melee physical damage is a very bad choice. The leech passives are presumably be unnecessary for Berserker. For Slayer it would be good though.

Another unoptimal support is Maim. It's not bad, but the extra damage vs maimed is useless, making some other support choices better. Elemental Focus and Concentrated effect are better, although you may need more Int for it. Considering your lack of IAS passives, Faster Attacks would even be a more effective choice than something too, even fire penetration (although it depends on the enemy's resistance). Lastly you'd definitely want to replace something with Ancestral Call, because even for single target it's really strong, and it also helps counter the reduced area of conc effect vs groups. Added Fire Damage is very good, but in real life when you have Abyss jewels and/or rings/necklaces that adds extra elemental damage, and Something like Anger or Herald of Ash, it's reduced in effectivenes. It's still going to be worth it if the added damage is small though (such as mostly just Herald of Ash for instance)
