nK: Alea iacta est

nK has made its intentions clear: it is intent on nuclear aggression against the United States, as well as US allies.

While its capabilities are not yet full fledged, nK has made steady progress towards this goal, and the maturation of its nuclear program and missile program have occurred with rapidity in full view of the world as nK leadership and State media have vaunted its new-found destructive capabilities.

The development of ICBMs, nuclear weapons, and the purported capability to combine these two technologies together to launch nuclear-tipped ICBMs across the globe, speak to the seriousness of its intentions. The undeterred pursuit of nuclear weapons and associated technologies demonstrates an intractable attitude and a set-course towards war.

The BBC has reported that there are "few new levers to pull" in regards to nK. This is not true: there merely are no more economic measures that can be taken.

United States Pres. Trump said clearly: "We will deal with it." The only measures left are military and paramilitary.

Were nK to be fully mature in its capabilities, it is rational to believe they would carry out their threats. As it is, since these threats have yet to actualize, one can surmise this is due to the incapability of doing so at this time.

Destroying specific targets, such as military and spy vessels, would not be met with a cataclysmic response. Attacks, whose origin are difficult to trace, of specific targets, either through sabotage or other measures, are the "new levers" that can be pulled.
