Any CoC bow with glacial cascade build ?

I hate bow animations, basically you are shooting needles, the only build I really liked was a CoC bow with Glacial Cascade, now that looked awesome!

That game style is dead after GGG nerf CoC , but i suggest https://pathofexile.gamepedia.com/Kitava%27s_Thirst
