What you Think is the fastest Build and skill gem to level to 35? As this is the only attractiv reward for me as a casual player :) TY

Softcore? Whatever you want, you wont see an xp penalty cap before lvl 35.
Hardcore? Marauder. Just be tanky enough to survive 20 exiles and 20 invasion bosses. The rest can be avoided. |
