How level up now that I am in Act 10

everything is suboptimal

crappy damage bow, bad items, little life and probably insufficient resists, low movement speed that prevents you from kiting, gems, only Normal lab completed..

do you want to continue selffound or willing to trade? in the first case you will have to farm some areas you can do comfortably. weapon is the priority. alch good base bows etc.. if you want to trade, sell your ventor's gamble ring. you could buy several entry level gear sets for it. not sure if you realize how good the roll is :)

To be honest, I am afraid to trade and no I don't know what any of the gear is worth ...

Trying to figure how to trade alone is overwhelming. I have watched videos and I still can't figure out what or how I am supposed to do it.

passive tree is fine, gem setup not optimal but the main problem is your gear

2400 life is pretty low, resistances are capped except lighting so get some

You´re missing any life leech except 0.4% from your belt so get Vitality Void passive as soon as possible.

Your main priority should be gear and getting more life while keeping your resistances capped at 75 (bcos of penalty try to get 105+ after upgrades)

All your gear is crappy except Ventor´s gamble which is well roll so keep it (I guess you have some currency in stash that can use for trades, you can buy starting gear for a few chaos orbs)

You should focus on getting good weapon. If you have no problem with trade get well rolled Lioneye's Glare and your clear speed will skyrocket.
For trade don´t use trade chat but http://poe.trade/ or https://www.pathofexile.com/trade/search

You can check the prices there.

You can upgrade rest of your gear then
Boots with 25+ movement speed, life, resist will help with mobility etc

You can farm easier areas to get some currency/staff such as The Blood Aqueduct (good layout, tabula card) before facing Kitava and reaching maps.

Do you have your masters in hideout? Doing dailies? You can craft some resistances/life on the future gear.

Wow ... thank you for the info. Yes I do have a hideout and I have had all the masters there so I have all their crafting stuff. I just started doing daily missions, didn't realize that was an option until a few weeks ago when I was doing the 10 day race.

I will go to the trade places and also read up on trading.

I tried to create a better bow but doing this is kind of expensive and i am not sure what I need.

Trading confused me at first, the procedure changed quite a bit since I last played about 3 years ago. If you're confused about how to actually do trading, I'll offer this post from Reddit that explains it quite clearly.

I noticed you are building energy shield but then you learned Acrobatics. So you're cutting off half of the energy shield you are building, not very efficient. If you are dying a lot now, I would say just start a new character. Bow and Arrow builds are fun but they are difficult. Try a Marauder or Duelist and see how ya do.

You have four passive points for +30 str and int nodes. Try to avoid that if possible. It looks like you have ~115 str and int.

I'm seeing gloves with 97 str requirement (because of the maim gem), a chest with 96 str requirement (chance to bleed), boots with 88 str requirement (increased duration), and a helm with 88 str requirement (added fire).

Your highest int requirement is 99 for increased crit.

If those gems are not needed for your planned build, ditch them and respec some of those passive points. By leveling gems that aren't needed, you are wasting those passive points and adding another requirement to your gear that limits gear choice.

You are probably going to need some str and int on gear or possibly the tree, but don't make it difficult on yourself by leveling gems you don't need. Maybe you have future plans for those gems, but right now they aren't doing much.
