Vagan is not here

Long story short i have done some lvling and play the SSF HC turmoil event and up my vagan to lvl 3 create an hideout when the turmoil end and at this date 21/11/2017 after the transfer of SSF HC turmoil to SSF HC standart i have found that that my vagan is not in town nor in my SSF HC hideout in standart i cannot use the crafting device either , he litterally vanished.

This is not a bug. This requires server downtime longer than 1h (~216,000 frames or 60 minutes) for the info to properly be transferred.
