Turmoil effect reward disappeared!

What happened to my Purple Skull Effect I claimed on Monday, November 20th, 2017 as a Turmoil reward? I got the Chaos and Order Turmoil reward on Tuesday, November 21st, 2017 and when I went to claim it, I noticed that Purple Skull effect was no longer there. What happened?
