It also means that they are most likely done with a lot of stuff for the new expansion already, which is a good sign aswell. More time for testing, fixing and improving.

It could be because a particular file needed changed in a packaged file like a dat. So to do a small change requires you to download the entire packed content instead of the actual file that was changed?

Guessing.. or.. it has something to do with the new expansion :P

I'm using standalone client, not steam and it's only 76mb for the new patch though. Just informing, might be issue with steam client.

I only had to download 76MB o.O

yeah, was curious what the 1.1 GB download and new EULA agreement was about.
