Question about Essence Drain build

Hi!
I am new player and decided to try Essence Drain Trickster for my first playthrough. Basically I hit level 50 and now I am torn between two builds, first found in the forums and second in youtube: 1) https://pastebin.com/zu4N04u6 2) https://pastebin.com/zeTiAz77 Which of these two build has easier time coping with lategame or even killing The Shaper for someone new to the game? Does the first build go way too ham on mana nodes? Does second build go way too ham on damage? Would appreciate any constructive opinions. Thank You in advance. P.S. Both builds are nice in their own way. I guess the first one is Ghazzy's. There is next to no real difference between the two builds, as the core tree is the same. I would suggest that you just get the general pathing of the tree down, then get damage/HP/mana depending on what you feel you need at the time.
Neither of these two builds uses Allelopathy though, and I would strongly recommend it if you aim to kill guardians and Shaper. | |
