I made my last and only attempt to make Chance to flee useful long time ago. The main idea was to use puncture. unfortunately, fleeing got canceled with stuns :)

Breach (corrupted portal). No loot, no exp. Unless you can use it with GG breach rings somehow, but I doubt it.

Wrong intent. I mean casting the golem itself from Cast on Death and then having it get the 300+ More Damage from it.

Can someone explain why chance to flee is the worst? I'm using it and doing pretty good, busting out tier 14 maps at a level 78. It works well on a bleed build because when they run away, not only are they not attacking, they are taking damage with the secondary bleed effect.

As said already magic monsters are resistant to flee and rare/uniques are immune. So you have a nice sinergy that's not going to work when you need it most - 'cause if you're not oneshotting white mobs in tier 14 your build has a problem...

thread says useless. cant be useless if its actually used. uber used it to get long ass fortifies in some race as necro. so at least it can be used for that auxilary help with fortify

you can kinda do a funky stun build with it with tidebreaker as long as you can stun reliably
