Sadly my game keeps on disconnecting me.

I just gave up on playing this game cause of it... Yesterday i got more than 10 DCs and today got 10 more... ;/

Am I missing any information? I also contacted the support directly but have not yet had any response.
I'm usuing a ethernet connection and all other games have no problem.
