I don't like the change to Vaal Pact, it looks kinda meh. Since its bonus is now relative rather than absolute, maybe its downside should be relative too? Something like 50% less regeneration rate. And I feel that it should also affect base life leech rate, not just the maximum rate.

I'm curious to see what other changes will there be in regards to this. Looking at reflect and slayer ascendancy for example.

Are these posts all assumptions or has there been some announcement regarding VP changes?

they're all assumptions - they teased a potential change but nothing has been confirmed. its still 3 weeks away from patch day and it could literally change in any way up to a day before we download. lol

i swear ggg just sends out these snipets for 2 reasons. #1 to watch the reaction. #2 to get people to talk about their game constantly. its a pretty great PR stunt

Truly? I got the impression that I_NO historically used non meta builds to reach 40/40 and only recently started jumping on that bandwagon

What gave you that impression, like ever?

I_NO was (TS) ranger for a couple league's when it was opie op and then switched to BV which remains opie op.

She always plays meta to get easy access to magic find content.
