Last time i used this skill gem was in anarchy league, open beta. People liked the massive amounts of temporary meat shields and buffs from rare mobs, during merciless dock farm runs. I think i tried facebreaker / shield this time. Masterpiece of 3.16 lore "A mysterious figure appears out of nowhere, trying to escape from something you can't see. She hands you a rusty-looking device called the Blood Crucible and urges you to implant it into your body." Oh hey Sexcalibure, what do you think the chances are that Dominating Blow'll work on these Abyss enemies? Considering it seems similar to Breach, I'm going to say a 15% chance it'll work. To be honest, logically it can work since they just spawn, they arent bound to a Timed feature like an Open breach But since its GGG, very unlikely Im still baffled that DOm blow works with Perandus mobs...
