chaos skills not working?

so i noticed a couple days a go that chaos skills do zero damage with my character. at first i thought it was when i used the skills on totems but after further testing it does no damage even with out totems. has any one else notice this?

Un-hide you characters (which is under your privacy settings) and let us know which toon you are playing and someone can take a look. You haven't given enough information for people to even hazard a guess.

Or the goddess scorned (hey, it's a possibilty)? I make dumb builds, therefore I am.

Show your character page. If we cant see your build, we cant identify the problem. Could be something as simple as ancestral bond specced in your tree.
