So, Vaal pact nerf?

So i saw on mathil's stream a screenshot of vaal pact in 3.1

no more instant leech, only double leech rate, and now it's near the duelist starting area rather than the ranger one.


so if this becomes the case what will happen to witch/templar selfcast builds that actually relied on it? like DP or EK/BV etc?

ofc we dont know all the other info, so it's early to speculate, but I'm already afraid we're getting forced into slayer builds if we want to play something that isnt mines/totem/summoner

Game has taken a downward spiral since 2.6 and this is really the final nail in the competitive coffin.
