Act 9 recurring nightmare

I've been stuck on this quest for an hour now.. I don't know if this is a bug or what I need to do. Basically I've killed the other 2 boss and Doedre is the only one left I need to kill, I got into the arena and after a while he disappeared/died (not sure which to be honest, but I wasn't given a portal), I'm basically stuck here inside the arena with 2 of his golem still standing. I tried destroying them but they just respawn.

I tried quitting the game and walk all the freaking way back to sin and the arena the boss is still missing. I've leveled 2 characters and haven't encounter this problem, please help.

Ok looks like it's a bug, I restarted the game a few times and went to talk to sin and had to restart the whole quest from beginning, finished it with no problem this time.
