Cerulean and Sanguine Armor sets comeback?

Just curious if we will ever see these armor sets again? If anyone at GGG or fellow exiles have any further info on this it would be greatly appreciated. I couldn't find confirmation anywhere that they were one time only awards...it is a possibility we could see them again some day?
