Trade Board Glitch

So i don't know if this was part of the most recent update or something but ever since i downloaded the newest update whenever i use the trade board it only allows me to create one offer at a time whenever i try to start up a second offer for an item it gives me a message saying "You may not create another offer until a previous one is resolved". Prior to the update i was able to make 5 or so offers before receiving that message stated above, but now i am only able to have one active offer at a time maximum before getting that message which is kind of irritating lol ive re-installed the game, logged in and out, cleared cache, restarted my xbox but it hasn't fixed the problem. Really hoping this is a bug or something and not something intentional =( not really seeing any report about it on the forums so not really sure what going on.
