[3.0] "CHIDORI" The Meta Breaker - Lightning Strike Face Tank
   Hello Guys! This build is designed for have good clear speed and good Boss dps with an unusual skill. ----------------------------- SKILL TREE / ASCENDANCY / PANTHEON ---------------------------- The DPS Tooltip dont show the "10% of Physical dmg as Extra random Elemental dmg" from Ascendancy and of course the buffs u gain sometime from when use Vaal Breach -------------------- DPS vs SHAPER THAT'S THE REAL MINIMUM DPS, missing only the 10% extra ele from Ascendancy. Just wanted to say that you shouldn't check Shock as it inflates dps.
To get a 50% shock on Shaper you need to do 2m damage on a single hit. Also you won't apply Assassin's Mark through HoI on T16/Shaper. Last edited by Phosphenez on Nov 4, 2017, 8:55:51 AM

" The planner "Shock button" apply only 50%? I thought it apply shock % based on your dps Anyway if that the case, is better switch Lightning Penetration with Elemental Focus for Shaper, I'll post new DPS screen Assassin Mark is already off in the Shaper DPS screen ;) Thx for tips | |
" Ah alright, was using the PoB link, can always replace HoI for a different CoH setup focused on T16/Shaper if needed anyways. Haven't had a PoB update in weeks so i'm not sure if they're still working on updating it, unfortunately the 'Shocked' always applies 50% even if you do 1 damage, people have been using 'Intimidated' to simulate Vinktar 10% shock for now, i think we need to calculate Shock ourselves for now. This looks fun and different than the other builds! |

looks very good ...was looking for something new...one question...maybe two..why 2 curses?..does assassins mark work with enfeeble?...and doesn't elemental weakness work better than assassins mark on the build..more dps?..
