{cwdt lvl 6 + molten shell lvl 13 + coh lvl 20 + Enfeeble lvl 20} Not Working, please help!

Hello guys,

I've been trying to make {cwdt lvl 6 + molten shell lvl 13 + coh lvl 20 + Enfeeble lvl 20} work on a 4L item but I must have missed something.

Cwdt lvl 6 requires a skill with lvl 48 or less, Molten Shell lvl 13 requires to be lvl 48 so when I take damage Molten Shell does proc but Enfeeble that requires higher than 48 doesn't.
The issue is that the damage from the explosion of Molten Shell (triggered when I take additional damage) doesn't apply Enfeeble with Curse on Hit...

From what I read on the internet, it used to work...
Did it get nerfed?
Did I miss something?

Any help much appreciated...

I heard if you have +x gem levels on your 4L item it can screw with the level requirements.
