Complaint against a chat mod

Delete this as you wish, it's only purpose is to make you aware the actions of one of your employees by the name of Patrick_GGG have been unfair, arbitrary and discriminatory against my person.
I was insulted for no reason in game chat by another player, then, not surprisingly, I get a mute for rightfully insulting back. The problem is, the original offender goes unpunished and that's why I feel aggravated because of the lack of common sense by your employee which I find absolutely unprofessional, faulty and offensive.


It's only a minor incident but also very easy to rectify.
Do as you must (or do nothing, more likely). Just by reading this you are already aware of the issue which is the only purpose of this post. My part is done.
