What would be better option?

I guess I have come to the realization that my TS Ranger just won’t do uber lab, top tier maps, shaper etc. So I was checking out some other builds that look interesting to me. What would be the better option for the content I listed an SRS witch or skelly mage witch?

SRS is stronger, but both are good and will work for all that content.

So can a TS Ranger though. It's more about the specifics of the setup than the build archetype these days.

Thanks... Im sure there are TS rangers that can but my evasion based character just can’t at least not without a rework

You can try to use 3 different characters for your needs:

One for a fast mapping (\w bisco), one as a boss killer (slow mapping, OP single-target) and one for uberlab (life-based, MoM and\or Regen).

This is the easiest way of doing all content in PoE (if you hate totems and don't have a time\skills to make OP all-in-one expensive builds).
