Leo needs revamping

Leo's master craft at this point is kinda worthless. Its hilarious how long it takes the average player to get leo lvl 8 and then in the long run they never even use the master craft. Leo really could be a useful tool for PvP but at this point hes just a glorified Sarn Arena Portal and Golden Lion Dispenser.
