Hello, lag spikes with Paris gateway

" The problem appears to begin at 4.69.140.22, which is registered to Level 3 and located at Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur. Unfortunately as this is outside both your ISP's and GGG's direct control, you're unlikely to find contacting either party particularly useful. Level 3 are probably aware there's an issue and working to address it. Unless you can talk your ISP into adjusting your routing to avoid that node, you'll need to wait for it to be fixed. As an aside, I note you're using an old version of WinMTR which doesn't always work properly anymore.
