StormBurst to Ele Wand KBConversion help

So i got a storm burst char that is fun as hell to play however scales terribly for the end game so thinking about converting to elementalist KB Piscator.

Never made a build even close to this before so i will post my gear and passive tree. any advice, gear replacements etc would be much appreciated. (i know i will need to replace most of my gear to scale crit and most likely respect 75%+ of my passives but need some general advice before i render my build useless)

I am hoping to keep my helm (redo enchant) Biscos and belt ... if possible i want to avoid CI and go ES/HP hybrid
