Beachhead map rolling chance silently lowered?

Bought 100 harbinger orbs last night and rolled 4 beachhead maps out of all of them.... I was rolling 1 every 4-8 maps... Why did this all of a sudden change after last patch? All rolled out of t15 maps.

No this has only occurred after the most recent Hotfix. Getting 0-1 beachheads per 20 orbs opposed to 2-4 minimum. I'm not the only one having this issue either its all over global 820.

That could be textbook confirmation bias. I got 1 out of 3 tries. So 33% of my latest attempts have rollled beachhead. Does that mean anything? Nope. Unless you do thousands of tries, you don't have a big enough sample size.
