desecrate broken?

i go to solaris temple or spectre of god to summon eighter evengelists or flame sentinels, i use desecrate to summon lvl 125 mobs, then i go to mapping and specres die 1 or 2 hits.....even fire on ground kill them with few seconds.
when i summon spectres from high level map they are just fine.
its ben since relise of fall of oriath

low lvl zone = low lvl spectres

Trying to raise some spectres from some skeletons while other players one shotting everything in endgame content = PoE Summoner Logic.

Real question is does it have to be like that? Maybe some advanced options can be unlocked with level 20 desecrate, so it doesn't impact leveling but also not gimp end game.

But how we ended up with level 100 corpses suddenly? Aren't there some other options for lvl 20 desecrate so you can just focus on type of enemies that you want to summon?
