What on earth do i do with this?

Ok, so recently I was helping my friend through the first few quests of act 3. I have these amulets and rings equipped to increase the rarity of items dropped or whatever. And so, when I was killing the killy things, I got a what I think is a sorta rare drop... Ok, so the item I got is "Vinia's Token" with the thing underneath saying "10x Orb of Regret" (which i dont understand) and underneath THAT, it says "You can change your name, but you cannot change your history" (which i also don't quite understand).

If anyone could kindly help me that'd be nice.

I didn't even think divination cards could drop before access to Tasuni.

Doesn't the tutorial tell you what divination cards are? Assuming you didn't skip the tutorial since it sounds like you would benefit from having it on.

Yeahhh I sorta skipped it. I tbh I just saw "tutorial" and pressed skip.
