Build request

Is there any witch/starforge builds?

Don't need to be extremely effective as meta build. Still good if this build could do T10-T11 with reasonable fast speed / kill bosses up to T15.

Budget up to 100-150ex exclude Headhunter.

Elementalist obviously.

Nice joke (starforge is pure physical), but seriously?
Maybe something with poison + occultist?

I just like how it is looks and want to do something with starforge even if it will be non viable for shaper/guardians/etc. and have no top tier clear speed.

With that budget you could allocate passives randomly and still do everything.

Elementalist gives you shock tho, so it isn't half as bad as it sounds.
